William Higgins
William moved to the Netherlands in August of 2019 and he teaches in Amsterdam at S.V. Triaz. He runs Higgins Tennis, Inc., one of the largest tennis lesson programs in the San Francisco Bay Area. He is originally from Austin, Texas where he was a top-ranked Open level player in the state. He played on the ATP tour after graduating from the University of Texas with an English degree. He ran the largest junior tennis facility in the world, the Barnes Junior Tennis Center in San Diego, and was the Head Pro at the Harbor Bay Club in Alameda. After moving to California in 2000, he was awarded the "Rookie Teaching Pro of the Year" by the Northern California United States Professional Tennis Association. In 2002, he coached Billie Jean King's World Team Tennis Junior National Team to a National Championship in San Diego. He has worked with National Adult & Junior ranked players and teams.
He speaks English, Spanish, some German and French, and is learning Dutch! He teaches group and private tennis lessons in Amsterdam.

Associate Professional
Ramzi Chouikha
Born and raised in Amsterdam! Ramzi is a natural coach. He is patient and enthusiastic and works with adults and children of any level. He has taught tennis since 2017 and worked at Tennis op Maat, one of the largest tennis schools in Amsterdam. He played soccer for years at the highest amateur division, playing for the A.V.V. Swift team. Then, he spent a few years coaching soccer and then got into the new love of his life: tennis. He quickly became a super player and an amazing coach. He has been a part of the Higgins Tennis Team since August of 2019. He speaks English and Dutch.

Associate Professional
Farah Fernandez
Originally from Kenya, Farah represented her country at the African Under 18 ITF continent wide tournament and was among the top female players in East Africa. She moved to the Netherlands in 2020 and began instructing at Higgins Tennis in the spring of 2021. She is a natural coach who brings her passion and love of the game to every lesson. She is very positive and patient with her students and inspires them to learn tennis and have a wonderful time playing. She is a native speaker of English and Swahili, has a basic grasp of Mandarin and Arabic, and is a student of Dutch.
